The Washington Chinese Legal Association (CLA) is dedicated to promoting the rule of law, equal justice, and cross-cultural legal exchange between China and the United States. Founded on September 14, 2012, CLA serves the Chinese community and the broader Washington, D.C. metropolitan area through legal education, leadership development, and cultural exchange. We believe that informed and engaged communities are essential to advancing justice, strengthening civic participation, and building meaningful connections across communities.
